1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ADC Pro Cleanrs website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including air duct cleaning, chimney cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, repairs, and installation services (collectively, the "Services") in North Carolina.

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided

ADC Pro Cleanrs provides professional cleaning, maintenance, repair, and installation services including:

• Air duct cleaning and HVAC system maintenance
• Chimney cleaning, inspection, and repair services
• Dryer vent cleaning and fire hazard prevention
• Installation of new systems and components
• Emergency repair services
• Inspection and consultation services

All Services are provided by trained and experienced professionals. Service availability may vary by location within our North Carolina service areas.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or email. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation. We will contact you to confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request.

3.2 Appointment Confirmation

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with the scheduled date, time, and service details. Please ensure someone 18 years or older is present at the service location during the scheduled appointment.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

Our standard pricing is as follows:

• Chimney Cleaning: $39
• Dryer Vent Cleaning: $79
• Air Duct Cleaning: $99
• Combo Package (Air Duct + Dryer Vent): $149

Prices are subject to change and may vary based on property size, condition, and additional services required. Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before work begins.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We do not offer credit or payment plans unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

4.3 Quotes and Estimates

Free quotes provided are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may differ based on actual conditions discovered during service. Any price adjustments will be communicated before proceeding with additional work.

5. Service Guarantee and Warranty

5.1 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge.

5.2 Warranty on Repairs and Installations

Repairs and installations come with a 90-day warranty on our workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment may apply separately.

5.3 Limitations

Our guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or problems caused by factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by hidden defects or conditions not discoverable during normal inspection.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Ensure access to all areas requiring service
• Remove or protect valuable items near work areas
• Secure pets during service appointments
• Provide a safe working environment for our technicians
• Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during service

7. Liability and Insurance

ADC Pro Cleanrs maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We will provide proof of insurance upon request.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damage to items not properly secured or protected
• Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
• Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse

8. Safety and Property Access

Our technicians follow strict safety protocols. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe
• Require additional safety measures before proceeding
• Decline service in the presence of hazardous materials
• Stop work if threatened or harassed by any individual

We treat your property with respect and care. Our technicians will use protective coverings and clean up work areas upon completion.
